Conference description:

New media have changed the way how we communicate, way of life and way of work, and in many ways major democratic institutions. Social networks, Wikis, blogs, social bookmarking, aggregators, etc. are new "collaborative media", where more and more content is created by users alone. Journalism and media industry are not going to be the same, with participatory media, the boundaries between audiences and creators became blurred, often invisible. New e-democracy is based on different presumptions and future will show how communication changes will build new relations in power and social control.
