Course description:

In all scenarios of european development the questions of welfare and multiculturalism are strictly connected. If the future development of modern society is seen as a progressive and more democratic it has to be based on welfare and multicultural relations. Starting with questions of welfare and multicultural binds in development parts of Europe, Seminar will pay special attention to these basic features of very democratic society and will try to link it with a present situation in South-Eastern Europe. For all these countries, wishing to be a part of developed Europe, one of very preconditions will be establish a fair welfare system and to build an open democratic society.
