Dear Colleague,on the basis of your research interests and/or as a board member of"management revue" we would like to invite you to the second springseminar "Organizational Theory" at the Inter University CenterDubrovnik, 25th -- 29th March 2008.The main topic of our seminar in 2008 is entitled "IndustrialDemocracy". However, talks to related topics are welcome.The seminar is a multidisciplinary forum -- administration science,economics, law, political & social sciences -- for discussingempirical and theoretical studies with colleague and students (fromyour home country and from the former Yugoslavia).Please send us a short abstract (max. 1 page, deadline 15th January 2008mailto: brunkhorst@uni-flensburg.de or matiaske@uni-flensburg.de).Please check whether traveling costs to the IUC are supported by yournational academic exchange service.
