Climate
The weather at the beginning of October in Dubrovnik is mild autumn weather with
average temperatures between 14°C and 21°C. Warmer clothes may be necessary
for colder evenings, and rain is also frequent in October.
Welcome address
On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee it is a great pleasure for me to welcome
you in Dubrovnik for the 8th ESE postgraduate course in clinical endocrinology
Once again, you will have the opportunity to meet colleagues, friends and members
of the ESE to discuss the latest developments in scientific research and clinical
practice.
Dubrovnik is a pearl of the eastern Adriatic. Its old town, surrounded by the city walls
remained untouched by the centuries that passed by. As the meeting venue is in the
vicinity of the old town entrance, you will have the opportunity to explore it by
yourself.
