Schelling’s “Philosophy of Art” (Philosophie der Kunst) considers Art as a whole, as the objective correspondent of philosophy and counterpart to nature. Art and philosophy encounter one another and pervade themselves. The course presents a close reading of Schelling and discussion of his claims.
