Guidelines for HESP-OSI Scholarship

When you apply for a scholarship, please enclose:

- Short curriculum vitae

- Statement of purpose

- Max. one page describing the reasons for participating in the course and requesting financial support. Please indicate how much of the expences you are able to cover on your own or from other sources.

Reference letter

- In case of graduate students a reference letter from their advisors is required. In case of a faculty member a reference letter from the head of department is required.

Support letter from the course director.
